We’ve had several home improvements completed by John McCarter Construction, including replacement windows and doors, siding and chimney chase repair/replacement, exterior painting, and a few smaller special projects around the house. On most business days, someone is available to answer calls and provide support. A few times we’ve had items that required attention after the work was completed, and they’ve always come out promptly to review and provide the needed support. We had McCarter replace a rotting bay window and some water-damaged siding. The new siding looks perfect, and they flashed the appropriate areas to help prevent future water damage. Ivan and Terry did an excellent job on the siding, and Harold color-matched the new stain perfectly. The project took a little longer than we expected, but John and the crew kept us updated throughout and promptly alerted us to any issues. We will definitely be working with McCarter again for our next project!

Since we had painted our house 10 years ago, the color had faded somewhat, but they matched it perfectly and painted the new siding.
